As a technical trainer at TSI, and a member of the LQBTQIA+ myself, I recognized the importance of supporting LGBTQIA+ workers in the workplace. That's why I took the initiative to create an internal society called Pride Programmers. This platform has been instrumental in fostering inclusivity, promoting diversity, and ensuring equality at TSI. By embracing and celebrating the unique perspectives, talents, and contributions of LGBTQIA+ individuals, we have created a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration.
